Visit Glandore, where yachts are advised to avoid “Adam and hug Eve”, Castle Townsend, Barlogue Creek, Shirkin Island and Baltimore. A brisk sail around the Fastnet rock is often included in this adventurous cruise before returning to Hamble via the Scilly Iles or West Country
