Ladies Only Sailing Courses

One of our main specialities at BOSS is running five day and weekend ladies only courses. In essence these practical courses follow the same format as any other course, the main difference being that they are run by women for women.

Away from the dominance of members of the opposite sex, many women find that learning is enhanced, and self-confidence given a real boost.

Our RYA qualified lady skippers will guide you through "man" overboard drills, safety, boat handling and tying the essential knots. The RYA Competent Crew or RYA Day Skipper practical syllabus can be followed over a five day course or by attending three two day weekends; alternatively, you can come along on an experience sailing course, just to gain more confidence.
